All packages are ONE PER PERSON and CANNOT be shared.

​A MINIMUM OF THREE  BOOKS ON A PET OR THREE PAPER BOOKS MUST BE PURCHASED ON ALL SESSIONS 

If there is a minimum purchase for a special game, it will be advertised in advance

 

MINIMUM PRIZES APPLY TO ALL SESSIONS

The minimum prize a player can win (in the event of multiple winners) varies per session.

MALFUNCTION OF A PET MACHINE OR SUPPORTING SYSTEMS VOIDS ALL PAYS & PRIZES

If you think there’s a problem with your PET (IE: going flat), please alert our staff ASAP so we can fix the problem. Failure to do so may result in a missed bingo claim.

 

ONCE A BINGO GAME IS DECLARED CLOSED, A PLAYER CAN NO LONGER CLAIM A MISSED BINGO, QUERY THE GAME, OR QUESTION THEIR PRIZE.

Any and all queries regarding a bingo win MUST be addressed during THAT game. Please get the attention of the caller or checker and address your concern before we clear the board.

We do not refund books under no circumstances.

• MAJOR FEATURE PAYOUTS - Major feature jackpot are paid by an external supplier (BSG) and will be paid in accordance to their T&C's.
