24 books on a PET + 6 paper (unless otherwise stated)

BUNDLE PACKAGES CAN BE A COMBINATION OF PET & PAPER

All bundle prices are PER PERSON only

A MINIMUM OF THREE BOOKS MUST BE PURCHASED ON ALL EVENING SESSION / NO MINIMUM FOR DAY SESSIONS

If there is a minimum purchase for a special game, it will be advertised in advance

MALFUNCTION OF A PET MACHINE OR SUPPORTING SYSTEMS VOIDS ALL PAYS & PRIZES

If you think there’s a problem with your PET (IE: going flat), please alert our staff ASAP so we can fix the problem. Failure to do so may result in a missed bingo claim.

ONCE A BINGO GAME IS DECLARED CLOSED, A PLAYER CAN NO LONGER CLAIM A MISSED BINGO, QUERY THE GAME, OR QUESTION THEIR PRIZE.

Any and all queries regarding a bingo win MUST be addressed during THAT game. Please get the attention of the caller or checker and address your concern before we clear the board.

MINIMUM PRIZES APPLY TO ALL SESSIONS

The minimum prize a player can win (in the event of multiple winners) varies per session.

REFUNDING BOOKS

We do not refund books under no circumstances. 

LAST NUMBER CALLED AND COMPLETED MUST BE ON WINNING TICKET

As per VGCCC regulations, the last number called and completed must be the winning number to be awarded Bingo.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO ALL STAFF & PATRONS

It goes without saying, but please be polite and respectful to all staff members and other patrons at Bingo. Any foul language, aggressive or accusatory behaviour may see you banned from Bingo for a period of time.

DELUXE LINK GAME PAYOUTS

• MINI & STAR FEATURE - will be paid in cash at the time of the win

• MEGA & GRAND - must be paid by BSG & may take a week or more
